Phil Trinh
Phil is a recognized expert in public affairs, digital media, communications, public policy analysis, stakeholder relations and issues management. With over fifteen years of high-level experience on and off Parliament Hill, he is well known for delivering impactful public policy campaigns focused on targeted results.
Phil is the co-founder of Far and Wide Messaging, a digital firm that assists clients across Canada with digital messaging and presence. Far and Wide has rapidly grown with innovative and edgy campaigns, and producing clear, fresh and engaging content.
Additionally, he has played a vital role in a number of national public policy campaigns and has extensive campaign experience at the federal and provincial level.
Phil currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Bridge, a non-profit, licensed, federally incorporated adoption agency based in Ottawa, Ontario. He also sits on the board of Community Care Durham, a multi-service registered charitable organization providing a broad range of support services for individuals over the age of 16 and their caregivers.
Phil is a proud native of Scarborough and attended the University of Toronto and studied History and English. He currently resides in Toronto with his wife, Samantha, and daughter, Emma.
