Emma Jones

Emma brings over five years of federal experience in crime prevention and national security, most recently serving as a research analyst. Her experience includes leading national stakeholder engagements, conducting mixed-methods research and analysis (qualitative and quantitative), and managing complex research models to support evidence-based policy and program decisions. She is known for connecting details to the broader context, anticipating implications, and translating data into clear, grounded narratives that strengthen strategy and data literacy across diverse stakeholders.

She is a bilingual professional (English and French) and a Queen’s University alumna with a dual major in Psychology and Sociology.

Beyond her professional life, Emma is an avid backcountry hiker currently working through the 46 Adirondack High Peaks, and a dedicated volunteer who rehabilitates dogs with complex behavioural needs. She holds Canadian-Swedish dual citizenship.
