Deborah Levy

Deborah has extensive experience advising organizations on strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, governance and public policy. She helps clients navigate complex policy environments, strengthen stakeholder relationships and advance their strategic priorities across Quebec and the federal landscape.

Deborah has held senior leadership roles in government, business and the not-for-profit sector, including serving as Chief of Staff in the federal government, Head of Content at the International Economic Forum of the Americas, and Chief of Communications at the Bar of Montréal. Fluent in both official languages, Deborah brings a collaborative approach, strong communications expertise and a deep understanding of Quebec’s political, business and stakeholder environment.
