Emily Peckham

Emily Peckham is a strategic advisor and consultant who helps organizations solve complex challenges, build meaningful partnerships, and turn ideas into action.

With more than a decade of experience spanning strategic planning, government relations, communications, stakeholder engagement, and public policy, Emily works alongside organizations to identify their biggest challenges, clarify where they want to go, and develop practical strategies to get them there. She is known for asking thoughtful questions, bringing people together, and helping leaders find clarity in complexity.

Before joining Maple Leaf Strategies, Emily held several senior roles within the Government of Alberta, including serving in the Premier’s Office and advising the Deputy Premier. Her experience gives clients valuable insight into government decision-making, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement.

Emily believes the best strategies are built through collaboration. Whether working with businesses, nonprofits, Indigenous organizations, or public sector clients, she is passionate about helping leaders align around a shared vision, navigate change, and create lasting impact.

She holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and pursued graduate studies in Community Engagement and Political Change at the University of British Columbia.
