Mark Fiselier

Mark is a public affairs professional with experience in business development, government relations and campaign management. He has a proven track record of helping clients navigate the complex public affairs landscape.

Mark works closely with our Western Canada clients to keep them informed on proposals that affect their industry, to help to develop strategies to advance their goals, and support our clients in reaching the appropriate decision-makers and influencers. Mark brings a commitment to clients and a pro-active approach to his work.

Prior to joining Maple Leaf, Mark worked as the Manager of Government & Community Relations at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). At SAIT Mark worked with the provincial government to seek increased funding for skilled trades. Additionally, Mark endeavoured to foster connections between SAIT and various local charities and not-for-profit organizations within the city, facilitating engagement between these entities and the students and staff of SAIT.

Prior to SAIT, Mark worked at Pathway Research helping manage some of the company’s largest IT projects. Mark also worked to sell agricultural products grown in Alberta to clients in Europe and Asia.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He lives with his wife Anya, who is a family medicine resident physician.
