With a robust foundation in government relations spanning nearly a decade, Stephanie stands out as a dynamic expert whose practical and academic experiences have forged a deep understanding of the intricacies of public policy and strategic communication.
Stephanie honed her skills in a multifaceted government relations role for an organization focused on legislative and regulatory modernization, purposeful policy, and extensive stakeholder engagement in the broadcasting, entertainment and media sector. Here, she contributed to numerous policy wins and established herself as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
Holding an Honours, Specialization Bachelor of Arts degree in Media, Information and Technoculture and a Master’s degree in Media Studies from Western University, Stephanie is currently advancing her expertise as a PhD Candidate in Communication. Her research focuses on bridging the gaps between theoretical knowledge and real-world application in the realm of health advocacy initiatives. Stephanie has also completed Executive Education courses at York University’s Schulich School of Business.
Stephanie’s commitment to excellence in government relations is underpinned by fostering collaborative relationships that serve both organizational and public interests. Stephanie currently lives in Ottawa with her husband, Mark, and their dachshund, Beauregard.
