Paul Tye Joins Maple Leaf Strategies Ottawa Team

Ottawa – Maple Leaf Strategies Ottawa is pleased announce Paul Tye as a Senior Consultant in their Ottawa Office. Paul is an experienced public affairs professional, with experience federally, provincially and municipally in Ontario and Alberta.
 
“We are very pleased to welcome Paul to our growing Maple Leaf Strategies team,” said Phil von Finckenstein, a co-founding Partner of Maple Leaf Strategies. “Paul will bring a unique and diverse set of experiences to our public affairs offering. His energy and expertise will add new depth to our Ottawa office.”
 
Paul most recently worked at a boutique public affairs firm. He gained government relations and communications experience in senior roles with the government in Queens Park, including the House Leader’s office and as a Senior Communications and Policy Advisor to the Minister of Government and Consumer Services.
 
His political career began working for the Hon. Peter Milliken, PC while he was a student at Queen’s University. Paul has worked on two successful provincial election campaigns for the Liberal Party of Ontario, in 2011 and 2014, as a key member of the advertising team. 
 
A proud native Kingstonian, Paul is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
